1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to CleanNest Pro. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and CleanNest Pro regarding your access to and use of our residential and commercial cleaning services.

By scheduling a cleaning service or accessing our website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Booking and Access

CleanNest Pro provides professional cleaning services for homes and offices. When booking a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding the size and condition of the property.

Clients are required to provide our cleaning teams with full access to the property at the scheduled time, including access to running water and electricity. If our team is unable to access the property upon arrival, a lock-out fee may be applied to your account.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. However, we request that you provide at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours of notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee equivalent to fifty percent of the scheduled service cost. This ensures our dedicated staff is compensated for their reserved time.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for all residential and commercial cleaning services is due upon completion of the service unless a prior corporate billing arrangement has been established. We accept major credit cards and digital payments.

For recurring commercial cleaning contracts, invoices are issued on a monthly basis and are payable within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments may accrue a service charge as permitted by applicable law.

5. Liability and Damages

CleanNest Pro takes the utmost care when cleaning your home or office. All of our cleaning professionals are fully trained and insured. However, in the rare event that an item is damaged during the cleaning process, you must notify us within 48 hours of the service completion.

We are not liable for damage to items that were improperly secured, pre-existing damage, or wear and tear. Our maximum liability for any single incident is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided on that specific date.
